This site was created to educate Ultimate players about common injuries and medical issues that stem
from playing our incredible sport. Inside IT, you'll find papers written by health care professionals for Ultimate players on
all sorts of topics, from prevention of common injuries to ankle wrapping to how to build a first aid kit for
yourself or your team.
While not trying to replace primary medical care, we hope that a little bit of education can keep Ultimate players playing better and longer. So dig in!
